If the mass of selected goods in one order does not correspond to this rate, you can choose an economy delivery rate from the ones listed below:
* Вес посылки более 2 кг стоимость доставки рассчитывается индивидуально
* If the parcel weighs more than 2 kg, the delivery cost is calculated individually
Среднее время доставки отправления составляет 12-14 дней. Согласно регламенту международной почтовой конвенции не предусмотрен максимальный граничный срок пересылки, но в случае, если почтовое отправление не получено адресатом в течение 30 календарных дней с даты отправки такового, отправитель /получатель может подать заявление на розыск. Граничный срок рассмотрения такого заявления составляет 60 календарных дней.
Если в результате розыскных действий и по истечении граничного срока ответа отправление не будет найдено, то за него предусмотрено денежное возмещение согласно заявленной в декларации стоимости товара . Страховка 2.5% включена в стоимость услуги , но в некоторых странах ( к примеру, Израиль ) страховка почтовых отправление отсутствует /
Обратите внимание на ограничения по стоимости товара в одной посылке, действующие в стране получателя, которые позволяют избежать дополнительных налоговых начислений и пошлин. Согласуйте с нами корректную оценку товара в декларации..
The average delivery time for a shipment is 12-14 days. According to the International Postal Convention, there is no maximum delivery time. However, if a postal item is not received by the addressee within 30 calendar days from the date of mailing, the sender/recipient may submit a search request. The deadline for reviewing such a request is 60 calendar days.
If the item is not found after the search and the response deadline has expired, a monetary compensation is provided based on the value of the goods declared. 2.5% insurance is included in the service price, but in some countries (for example, Israel), postal insurance is not available.
